Description
An ER 650 mounted on a Komatsu PC 200 in India — the job is cutting of old asphalt from 20 to 25 cm thickness. The asphalt is very soft (approx. 15 MPa) so the output is 15-25 m3 per hour and the pick consumption is less than 5 per 100 m3.
The customer plan to screen the cut material and re-use the same as GSB (granular sub base) and WMM (wet mix macadam) material in the new road. Required is an output size less than 60 mm so that cut material can be reused without any further crushing.
